Resume: Joe Callahan MBA for City Council
“He’s not your average Joe”!
Joe Callahan MBA was raised just outside of SLC, UT and attended College & Graduate School on Wrestling Scholarship at Chadron State College in Nebraska. Joe met his wife Kyla Callahan and they had both of their daughters, Haley (1999) & Mia (2001), while still in college.
Joe started his career in Billings, MT and entered Sales Management almost immediately. Joe eventually gained responsibility for the states IA, UT, NM, & TX but decided to leave this career for a position with a Fortune 100 company in order to find a better balance between work & family life. Joe spent the next four years interacting with many business owners throughout the state of UT.
In Summer 2009 Joe switched careers again and entered business ownership by joining his family's insurance agency. He focused on growth and later acquired a competing agency in November, 2010. Joe's business is doing great and his family life couldn't be better!
Joe's business acumen, his corporate leadership experience, and the motivational drive he gained via college athletics makes him a superb candidate for City Council and you can feel confident when casting your vote. He's not your average Joe!
